It is market place in city centre. There sell every kind of, like vegetables, fruits, clothes, etc.

Are the wreaths for Christmas door decorations? Already? Or are they for something else?

@CElliottUK: They are the decorations that are placed in the doors and also the graves. This weekend we celebrate All Souls' Day. In addition to wreaths graves exported candles. Doors, ornamental wreaths come until closer to Christmas.
