Christmas tree was introduced today at the Turku Cathedral in the foreground. Now, by adding lights and a small party on Saturday, is a moment when the lamps are lit. They are lit throughout the Christmas season. Spruce is about 70 years old, 24 meters long, 9 feet wide and press about 4 tons.

@The Mouse: I was waiting that tree over hour, like many other people. No snow this autumn have not yet fallen in Turku. Predictions say that around the middle of December, raining. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Where's the snow? Looks so odd to see that place without snow this time of the year.

@ursulakatariina: The snow was a bit of supply difficulties. Subject recover over time. Wood took a lifting, fortunately. Sometimes the wood is to accelerate the country in places. It is a little embarrassing.
