Performed at the Turku Fair killed drivers who drove motorcycles inside the ball.

Those guys are crazy! When I was a kid, we would see similar riders at the county fair. The difference is that they would be in an open topped wooden cylinder and the spectators would stand at the top looking down at them. We were all crazy in those days.

Excellent capture ! Never seen from years ... Here in Romania it was called "the death wall" and the "device" as a wooden cylinder, as in Steve Rice description.
