Hello everybody. It is fine that You will see my pictures. I do not know English very well. Therefore, it may be some comments or answers seem strange. I'm trying to learn more. Thank you for your understanding.

Wonderful, beautiful views of the old fire truck, a collector's item now. Excellent I like a lot.
Have a good day.

@gerard1948: I think that it is unique. It was originally built passenger cars here in Finland. Today it is a museum of automobile.

Curly from South Shields, United Kingdom

Probably just a wee bit over exposed but still a very good and interesting shot. Looks like every photographer in Turku was at this event.

@Curly: Flowing took a very complex person. I wanted to show the car from this angle, because it is built on a passenger car in Finland. It is therefore unique.

Ruthiebear from Titusville, NJ, United States

It seems odd to have a wooden fire truck - hope it never got too near to a fire! WOnderful point of view!

6 Sep 2013 5:01pm

@Ruthiebear: It has sometimes been a small municipal fire truck. Then it's definitely had to fire up for work. Now, it no longer participates in the parade.

ursulakatariina from Ed, Sweden

The Mouse from Barcelona, Spain

Lovely collection there, I love these old vehicles

6 Sep 2013 8:06pm

@The Mouse: Vintage vehicles are really interesting. The current cars are produced by different manufacturers of components assembled impersonal devices. Thank you for your comment.

Steve Rice from Olympia, United States

This firetruck seems to be made of both wood and steel. A lovely shot of the old timer.

6 Sep 2013 8:59pm

@Steve Rice: Wood is suitable for many purposes. It has certainly been a heloin material when this car was converted fire car. It is based on the Studebaker car from the 1920s
