@ursulakatariina: Thus we only can learn new things. Work could be done, because there was a lot of snow and the earth had not been frozen not.

I, too, am surprised that such repairs are attempted in such weather. It generates quite a fog.

9 Nov 2016 1:49pm

@Steve Rice: A few degrees of frost has only been a couple of days and a couple of centimeters layer of snow came the previous night. Steam Cloud will rise from the hot asphalt.

Graciel·la (Vic. Catalonia) from CAT. New European State, Poland

Perhaps it would have been better repaired before the snow. But ... government works go when they go. Here and everywhere.
Besides, then you would not have been able to take this good image :))

9 Nov 2016 5:12pm

@Graciel·la (Vic. Catalonia): This is the house of our company, commissioned work and was delayed a bit, because the contractor had a lot of other jobs. Fortunately, the land was not covered with ice and snow now was only a few centimeters layer. The work would not wait for the spring, if it had not been done now.
