Waxwings are busy as rowan berries are the best food right now. Sometimes the berries are slightly fermented and the birds become drunk when they eat them. Their bodies are capable of burning alcohol quickly, but sometimes they see tilhi lying on the ground because they are unable to fly due to their drunkenness.

@Hiro: When the rowanberries are slightly overripe, they begin to ferment and form alcohol. Think about the next morning. It may not be a very happy morning.
